Deep open lug pattern makes it easy to clean out. Wide shoulder lugs with alternating scallops separated by wide gaps combine steering traction in mud, loose rocks, and ruts with self-cleaning capability. Center tread bars promote stability and directional control on- and off-road.

The process starts with a premium casing Goodyear, Michelin etc. That has passed a complete integrity inspection. The tread is buffed from the casing and sidewall, then uncured rubber is extruded onto each casing. The tire is placed into a high temperature press to allow the rubber to cure during vulcanization. Our Bead to Bead (B2B) tires have an extra layer of rubber added to the sidewalls and are remolded with our TreadWright brand.
Our reinforced sidewalls offer additional strength and puncture resistance. Our B2B tires are completely remolded to look and perform like new tires. We use a commercial grade rubber compound which has proven to provide up to 25% more tread life than comparable imports.
